4. Reservations & Orders

Table reservations or orders made through the application are subject to availability and the policies of the outlet. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse reservations or orders if necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gapyeong Korean BBQ / PT. Bumi Muda Jaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application or from service unavailability.

6. Changes to Services & Terms

We may modify application features or these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated through the application; continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in the competent courts of Indonesia.
